Here's the thing............
Here's the thing, their customer service is extremely nice and helpful, they are very good with returns and refunds, and I really like their pre-loved option, but their clothes are a hit or miss. The material quality seems ok overall, but some other ones feel extremely cheap and fast fashion. But the thing what bothers me the most is their sizes. It seems like their manufacturers really cant agree on how their sizes should be tailored. Their jeans fit me in size 36 very nice on the legs, while a bit tight on the hips and belly. With their leather pants on the other hand, in the same size they feel quite loose on the belly and waist. Size 38 for these would be too large for me in the belly area. So obviously I thought I should be a size 36 with them, even though its not best fitted, but doable. Well not quite, because on the last order, with regular their linen trousers however I was massively disappointed because they seemed to fit me on the legs while it had the weirdest fit on the butt and waist. Their clothes seem to be made for women with plastic surgery or looking like planks not for regular normal women. Why does it have to be so tight on the butt, hips and waist. Makes no sense. I cannot even close it or pull it up. In other brands I am wearing size 40 in jeans so go figure. If I order size 40 from them, I will swim in it. Their tops are also weirdly sized. A size S seems to be M, and M is L. The execution of the seam is also a hit or miss but lately I've been receiving clothes with lots of loose seem which is unacceptable. So hopefully they will improve on their quality because at the moment it feels kinda fast fashion for me. I am also petite so I feel like by not having a petite option, they are not being very inclusive. Not all of us are tall like their models so I basically have to cut and tailor some of the clothes just to fit me.

Unhappy customer
It’s been 5 days since I requested for my return label. Where the hell is it? Their customer service is terrible. They do not answer questions properly and when they respond back, it’s always the same response. I better receive a full refund after the 30 return day policy since they have delayed my return label. This is absolutely terrible. I have never ever sent a bad review on anything online until this moment. I am fed up and annoyed with this. I don’t know how other people even get their return label because I’m starting to think it’s a bloody scam. I have sent a email complaint to their authority, hopefully I can get some help there

Worse experience ever
Worse experience ever. I’m getting ignored to return my items. I sent the items that I want to return and they’re sending emails back and fourth with off topic subject not wanting to return my items and refund me. What a scam. Don’t waste your money. Scammers!!!!! They make it seem like the return is easy but they make up a wrong label and wrong invoice. Avoid avoid

Inclusivity
I wish I can love this place but godddd it’s not body inclusive at all I’m so confused which petite cis white female they found and made sure all those sizes fit. The clothes are so pretty but it’s so un proportionate to other body types especially from non white communities. That is literally the only downside to this site which is super sad I know that it’s not because of my size as I have shopped in places like ASOS Reclaimed Vintage Dr Denim Missguided which display more inclusivity in their fashion lines it’s just a shame the energy isn’t mirrored with NA-KD.

favorite web store
Without a doubt my favorite web store! I’ve ordered from it at least 20 times and I have no complaints at all. I usually order home a lot of clothes to try it on as if it was a fitting room and then return the items that I don’t like. Returns are free and super easy. Costumer service replies straight away every time. And products are just great 💙 And usually cheap too!

Courier not delivered
Ordered items, courier has failed to deliver (customer service for courier unavailable), courier has taken photos of my parcel in other peoples doorways/houses stating 'access difficulties' when they have not actually visited my address. Waiting on customer services to resolve.

Ridiculous shipping costs
Bought a bikini. Poor sizing - you must size up and even then it was poorly fitting. The worst thing is they charge £5.95 delivery which I’m happy to pay but then realise upon return the charge £2.95 return fee! What other website/shop does this?! So a total of £8.90 on shipping. Rip off. Don’t bother. Spent £26.67 and got £17.77 back.

My wishes came true!
I am based in Munich (Germany), and I have already ordered several times, and now I`m happy with my new purchase! The items are great and meet my expectations and requirements: I bought various accessories (jewellery and face masks) and all of them are of very good quality and workmanship. The used material is great in both cases. Thank you very much!
In addition, a big advantage is that you can pay with Klarna invoice. It is also possible and EASY to return items that do not fit or which you do not like. According to my experience, the customer service team has proved to be competent, friendly, service conscious, solution capable and always responds very quickly.

Disappointing returns process
I'm so disappointed with their returns process. Unfortunately, a bikini top that I had ordered was smaller than expected, so I chose to return the item. Though when it came to receiving the refund, I received back nearly half of what I had paid (price including delivery - which is ridiculously expensive compared to others). I contacted them, and they then informed me that there was a returns fee that has now been introduced! If I had known, I wouldn't have returned.

ordered 2 items 1 was sent
ordered 2 items and 1 was sent. Program had failed to notify a size being sold out. 2nd item recieved, perfect condition, fast timing. I fit in m/L and ordered a m/L sized long belt. Beautiful! Unfortunatly it is too small?! That sucks because I def loved that belt….and I usually hate belts :/

I ordered 2 dresses from na-kd thinking…
I ordered 2 dresses from na-kd thinking that the quality would be good due to the 'ethical' and 'environmentally-conscious' way in which they market their brand. However, the quality was dreadful - comparable to Shein, just with extortionate prices! I paid £46.95 for a thin, flimsy dress that was poorly made. Definitely would not order from again.
